Director, Global Talent Acquisition

LEO Pharma is an established global billion dollar pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and markets pharmaceutical drugs for patients with skin diseases in more than 100 countries. 

Your overall objective as their Director, Global Talent Acquisition will be to create and establish a global center of expertise (COE) for talent acquisition. Together, with colleagues around the world, you will be responsible for developing best-in-class global services and processes while working in a multi-cultural framework and adapting to business needs. This position will be based in Leo Pharma US headquarters in Madison, New Jersey.  You will report to the Executive Director of People & Performance in Denmark, and work closely with the United States VP People & Communications and the United States human resources team. 
This position requires some travel with focus on Leo Pharma’s markets in the United States, France, United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan, China, Dubai and Brazil. 
Key Roles and Responsibilities 
The role provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact from day one as no global solutions are in place today. Your area of responsibility will include: 
Developing global Employer Value Proposition 
Supporting the development of local branding strategies 
Supporting the development of local sourcing strategies 
Developing the global recruitment process and implementing IT solution 
Driving the above activities in Region US.

Professional Qualifications 
Minimum of 10 years HR experience focused on developing sourcing and recruiting strategies, as well as executing global and local branding. 
Master’s level degree in a related field preferred; bachelor’s degree required. 
Experience standardizing and globalizing the talent acquisition process including best practices in social recruiting and digital campaigning. 
Work experience in life sciences industries preferred but not required. 
Local candidates highly preferred.
